Nancy Kay Peterson’s poetry appeared most recently in Bellevue Literary Review, The Bluebird Word, Dash Literary Journal, Earth’s Daughters, HerWords, Naugatuck River Review, One Sentence Poems, RavensPerch, Spank the Carp, Steam Ticket, Three Line Poetry and Tipton Poetry Journal. From 2004-2009, she co-published Main Channel Voices: A Dam Fine Literary Magazine (Winona, MN). Three of her poems were nominated for The Pushcart Prize (2001, 2002, and 2025). Her work appears in the anthologies -- Brief Wilderness Anthology: Ink and Sinew, 2026; Elder Voices Anthology, 2025; Play (OutsiderPress, 2022); and Haikus for Hikers (Brick Street Poetry, Inc., 2021). Finishing Line Press published her chapbooks, Belated Remembrance (2010) and Selling the Family (2021).
